Basic Consumer/Member: You have one home location and want to track all your appliances, and gadgets in your home, as well as personal documents and renewals. The App is free for Basic Consumers.

Premium Consumer/Member: You have multiple locations such as an office, clinic, or other properties to manage. The App has a constraint of all appliances at a single location. However if you are keen to manage all appliances at multiple locations (your clinic or office or shop or even your second home or your parents’ home or property you manage for your siblings who are abroad or in another city), you can avail  premium customer support for a small annual subscription fee.

Your invitation reaches you on your mobile number and based on OTP you register and activate the application. Two other details that we ask for are the City and Postal Code (PIN). Our service rollout will depend on the total number of users in each City. We plan to cover the top 100-125 cities based on the number of households. There are no other personally identifiable details that are mandatory. 

No personally identifiable information is shared with any third parties. When you want to sell an old appliance or gadget, information about the item will be shared with 2nd hand dealers (with your consent) to get you the best price. With your consent your ratings of appliances, gadgets and maintenance/repair service providers may be shared with your trusted network.

You can manage all the appliances (AC, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Microwave, Chimney etc)  and gadgets (cell phones, TV, Music System, laptop or desktop etc) more effectively and get the best price for the old appliance when you decide to replace any of them. Schedule and track maintenance for pump. motor, CCTV, sump / OHT cleaning, vehicle service, water purifier etc. and repairs for all appliances and gadgets.

Apart from the home assets you can also manage all documents that require renewal (Passport, Driving License etc) or periodical payment (health or life insurance premium, property tax etc.) 

If you are planning to buy an appliance, then you can ask your trusted network to provide their opinion of a particular brand and model. As this is from your known trusted source it is more reliable than the review rating you see online ecommerce sites. 

You can start uploading the invoice of the original purchase and take photos of the appliances and gadgets with the model and make (Brand) and serial numbers. As and when you service any appliance you can take a photo of the invoice and upload against the appliance. There is no immediate deadline for you to add all items at the same time. You can take time and add when you find time or at the time of next service. Just fill in the details of make under each category of appliance and its location within your residence (kitchen, hall, study, master bedroom, guest bedroom, kids bedroom etc) or office (your cabin, manager cabin, accounts department, sales department, pantry, canteen, etc.,) 

No problem. It is not required that you need to find all purchase or service invoices. You can find the model number from the panel and take a photo of the barcode and upload in the App after choosing the appliance make. You can put the approximate year and month of purchase. Once we have good number of users adopting Azzetta App we can get the month of installation directly from the Brand (manufacturer) and whatever data they have about the appliance we can pull them and populate within your gallery.

There are no limitations. We have taken the major category of appliances and gadgets and the major brands for easy update by you. However, if you do not find a category of appliance that you would like to track then you can add it under “Others”. Similarly, you can add a brand which is not available in the dropdown. There is no limitation of number of items you can onboard.

Primary benefit is to ensure that the warranty of the replaced part is secured if there is a repeat failure. The details of the component or part replaced will be very valuable information when you decide to replace the appliance to secure a better price from the secondhand dealers. Further the information of failure and its cost of repair outside of authorized service centers of the OEM Brand (manufacturer) during the course of its useful life is very valuable information for the Brand to make improvements in quality and knowing the location that has different climatic conditions (ambient temperature and pollution levels etc) will help to improve the design of the appliances for improving its life.  

Once you decide to buy a new item you can move all the details of the item you want to dispose of with a flag for initiating the sale. We will send details of Make, Model, year of manufacture and photographs etc to select and accredited dealers and you can discover the price that your old item can fetch. You can decide to proceed with the best price you get for your old appliance. Do note that we will not share your contact details until the dealer confirms to pay you the quoted amount either through cash on delivery or through payment wallet, at the time of pick-up.

No issues. You can discover the price you get and until you confirm that you are ready it is possible for you to remove the flag for sale. There will be no further alert to you for proceeding with the sale and pick-up.

This can happen in rare cases. We expect you to put the latest photos of the appliance before you flag it for “Sale”. You can also attach a short video of the appliance in working condition. As the dealer quotes the price based on the details that you had provided, we expect that the dealer to pay the agreed amount to you. You have the option to provide your rating and comments about the dealer and hence over a period you will have the ratings of the dealers in our App so that you choose not only based on the price quoted for the old item but also the ratings of the used item dealer. As dealers want to have good rating to help to acquire more business, we expect that the instance of dealer refusing to pay the agreed amount would be insignificant. 

The transport cost and the loading cost (apartment building that do not allow lifts to be used to bring back the appliance) of carrying the item from your house / apartment must be revealed upfront as carrying the item through several flight of stairs will involve additional costs to the dealer.  

We hope to have a network of skill development organizations who are imparting training on repair of appliances and gadgets. You can donate your appliance to these training centres where the trainees get to repair your item and refurbish them for sale in the second-hand market. This will boost the confidence of the trainees and we will be working with State and Central Government institutions to enhance the skilled manpower in this underserved sector. We will be rolling out this service once we have tied up with the local charity organization to take care of the logistics. 

Apart from supporting training centres with the old appliances or gadgets that are donated for hands on repair opportunity to all trainees thereby improving the technical competence of the trainees we believe that by extending the life of the appliances it is delivering additional years of service thereby delaying the recycle of the item into metals, electronic items and plastics. 

You can see the list of all appliances and gadgets that you have entered along with repair and service costs, trends, warranty end dates, monthly calendar of dates for any action or information. You can also see the brand presence at your home and the most prominent brand. If the original purchase value is available then you can also see the depreciated value of all your appliances and gadgets as on date.

Yes. We can provide the warranty terms of the brand as published for the appliance category. As different extended warranty options are now increasingly offered by the Brands as per your preference at the time of buying you can modify the usual warranty terms based on your purchase invoice. If you have used the same mobile number at the time of your purchase then validation of your ownership is done through OTP confirmation. We can provide the centralized call center number of each Brand and the link for Owner’s manual and also link for Software updates if applicable. As the appliances are increasingly enabled with IoT we expect to leverage auto discovery of such appliances and work with Brands to provide you maintenance alerts to ensure that you are ready for all connected devices.

Yes. You can choose the appliance category and provide the type of appliance ( front loading washing machine) or gadget (46″ – 52″TV with Wifi 4K) with your preferred brands. Then Azzetta App will send your enquiry to our accredited set of dealers in your city for them to quote the best price for items they have in stock.

We believe that one of the important features of our App is to get trusted opinions from your own network of friends and relatives. Anytime you would like to get answers to your questions about any appliance or gadget there should be sufficient number of users invited by you directly or indirectly in the App for giving you their opinion. Higher the numbers in your network the chances that you have owners of that particular model within your network for getting specific feedback or ratings about the model. Similarly your commitment to support local business can only see impact if you have a large number of your friends and relatives using the App. When anyone in your network require a technician for an appliance they can access your rating and comments to employ them for their repair or service.

You can add local service and repair technicians specialized in a set of appliances in our App and give your satisfaction rating and recommendations. The contact details of the plumber, electrician, AC Mechanic etc is added by you so that you can easily contact them for your requirement through the App and update the service costs incurred with upload of the repair invoice. Your ratings will be shared to others in your network so that they can get more regular income and gain more experience that will benefit you also.
